What the Reta Cagri blend contains
AMP-3P: Retatrutide (LY3437943, often sold as GLP-3R) is a single peptide from Eli Lilly that acts on three receptors: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon.
Cagrilintide: Cagrilintide is a long-acting amylin analog from Novo Nordisk, given weekly. Amylin is a hormone released with insulin that slows stomach emptying and reduces appetite.
The ratio is fixed at 12.5mg/2.5mg, so every draw from the vial has the same proportions. That’s the main reason labs buy a blend: one reconstitution, one label, no drift between separate vials.
How the Reta Cagri blend works
Retatrutide hits three receptors with one peptide: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. The first two are incretins that boost glucose-dependent insulin release and, in GLP-1’s case, curb appetite and slow stomach emptying.
Amylin is released by the pancreas together with insulin. It slows stomach emptying, damps glucagon after meals and signals fullness through the brainstem.

Jastreboff and colleagues reported in the New England Journal of Medicine (2023) a mean weight loss of up to 24% at 48 weeks in a phase 2 trial.

Enebo and colleagues reported in The Lancet (2021) that cagrilintide with semaglutide gave more weight loss than either alone.

How to reconstitute Reta Cagri blend
The volume of liquid you add sets the concentration. For a vial holding 15mg:
- 1mL of diluent gives 15mg/mL
- 2mL of diluent gives 7.5mg/mL
- 3mL of diluent gives 5mg/mL
Pick the volume that keeps your own calculations simple, then write the concentration and the mixing date on the label.
Most labs use sterile bacteriostatic water or our research diluent solution. Let the vial reach room temperature, run the liquid slowly down the inside of the glass, then roll it gently until the powder dissolves. Don’t shake it. Shaking can shear peptide chains.
Reta Cagri blend storage and shelf life
Store sealed vials in the fridge (2 to 8°C) or freezer (-20°C), away from light. Mixed solution goes back in the fridge and should be used within about 28 days.
