Price range: $88.00 through $748.00

Glow blend combines GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB4 in one sealed vial (70mg). One reconstitution, one label, and a ratio that can’t drift. Made to 99% purity or better (HPLC), with the batch number on every label.

Mix it with our research diluent solution. Buy a single, a 5 pack (save 10%) or a 10 pack (save 15%). For laboratory research use only.

Description

The Glow blend vial from Ameano Peptides holds 70mg of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB4 combined, freeze-dried together. It’s for laboratory research only.

What the Glow blend contains

GHK-Cu: GHK-Cu is the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine bound to a copper ion. GHK occurs naturally in human plasma, saliva and urine, and its levels fall with age.

BPC-157: BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.

TB4: TB4 is thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in nearly every cell in the body, with high levels in platelets and white blood cells. Inside the cell it binds actin, the protein that cells use to change shape and move.

Because everything is freeze-dried together, the ratio can’t drift the way it can when you mix separate vials.

How the Glow blend works

GHK binds copper tightly and can deliver it to cells. Copper is a cofactor for lysyl oxidase, the enzyme that cross-links collagen and elastin, and for antioxidant enzymes.

Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.

Thymosin beta-4’s main job is holding on to G-actin, the building block of the cell’s internal scaffolding. By controlling how much actin is free to polymerize, it controls how cells move and change shape.

Glow blend research

Loren Pickart, who first isolated GHK in 1973, has published reviews of its effects on collagen synthesis, wound contraction and gene expression in cell and animal studies.

Maquart and colleagues reported that GHK-Cu increased collagen in rat wound chambers.

Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.

Chang and colleagues reported in 2011 that BPC-157 raised growth hormone receptor expression in rat tendon fibroblasts. Controlled human data are very limited.

Goldstein and colleagues reviewed thymosin beta-4’s role in wound repair in 2012, covering faster closure of skin wounds and new blood vessel growth in animal models.

Bock-Marquette and colleagues reported in Nature (2004) that thymosin beta-4 improved heart cell survival after injury in mice.

Glow blend purity and testing

The purity spec for Glow blend is 99% or higher by HPLC, and that’s the floor for each batch.

The label on every vial shows the compound, the amount and the batch. Ask us for the certificate of analysis for your batch and we’ll email it over, which is handy if your lab keeps paperwork on file.

Write the batch number in your lab notes when you open a new vial. If you ever need to compare results between orders, that’s the detail you’ll want.

Glow blend reconstitution and concentration

The volume of liquid you add sets the concentration. For a vial holding 70mg:

  • 3mL of diluent gives 23.33mg/mL
  • 5mL of diluent gives 14mg/mL

Choose the volume that suits your measurements. Mark the vial with the concentration and date so nobody has to guess later.

Use a sterile diluent such as our research diluent solution. Warm the sealed vial to room temperature first so no condensation gets in, add the liquid slowly along the glass wall, and swirl gently until it’s clear. Never shake.

Glow blend storage and shelf life

The dry powder keeps best cold: 2 to 8°C in the fridge, or -20°C for long-term storage. After reconstitution, store it in the fridge and finish it within roughly four weeks.

Before you order Glow blend

Check you have everything before the vial arrives: a sterile diluent such as our research diluent solution, sterile syringes, alcohol swabs and room in the fridge. Our vial case holds ten vials upright, and the vial opener pops flip-off caps cleanly.

Glow blend bulk pricing

Glow blend comes in more than one quantity. Pick the option from the dropdown above the cart button:

  • Single vial: $88.00
  • 5 pack: 5 vials for $396.00 instead of $440.00, about $79.20 a vial
  • 10 pack: 10 vials for $748.00 instead of $880.00, about $74.80 a vial

The packs are the same vials as the single listing, just priced lower per vial. If you know you’ll go through more than four, the 5 pack already costs less than buying them one by one.

Common questions about Glow blend

How much is in the Glow blend vial?

70mg of lyophilized powder. The amount is printed on the label.

Is there a discount for buying more?

Yes. The 5 pack saves 10% and the 10 pack saves 15% compared with buying single vials. Pick the option from the dropdown on this page.

What do I mix Glow blend with?

A sterile diluent such as our research diluent solution or bacteriostatic water. The reconstitution section above shows the concentration for each volume.

How should I store it?

Sealed vials go in the fridge, or the freezer for long-term storage. Once mixed, refrigerate and use within about 28 days.

Can Glow blend be used in people or animals?

No. It’s sold for laboratory research only and isn’t approved for human or veterinary use.
