Description
Our BPC-157 10mg vial holds 10mg of lyophilized BPC-157, a synthetic pentadecapeptide. It’s intended for lab research only.
BPC-157 at a glance
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.
It isn’t an approved drug in the US or Europe, and it’s on the WADA prohibited list.
BPC-157 mechanism of action
Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.
In cell culture it helped fibroblasts move and spread, which is part of how tissue closes a wound. Those effects are why it shows up so often in tendon, ligament and gut repair models.

Published BPC-157 studies
Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.
Chang and colleagues reported in 2011 that BPC-157 raised growth hormone receptor expression in rat tendon fibroblasts. Controlled human data are very limited.

BPC-157 10mg reconstitution and concentration
Here’s the math for 10mg of peptide:
- 1mL of diluent gives 10mg/mL
- 2mL of diluent gives 5mg/mL
- 3mL of diluent gives 3.33mg/mL
Go with whichever number is easiest to work with in your protocol, and label the vial with the concentration and the date you mixed it.
Use a sterile diluent such as our research diluent solution. Warm the sealed vial to room temperature first so no condensation gets in, add the liquid slowly along the glass wall, and swirl gently until it’s clear. Never shake.
Storing BPC-157 10mg
Store sealed vials in the fridge (2 to 8°C) or freezer (-20°C), away from light. Mixed solution goes back in the fridge and should be used within about 28 days.
BPC-157 10mg purity and testing
BPC-157 10mg is sold at 99% purity or better, measured by HPLC. That figure is the minimum for every batch we ship, not a best case.
The label on every vial shows the compound, the amount and the batch. Ask us for the certificate of analysis for your batch and we’ll email it over, which is handy if your lab keeps paperwork on file.
If a result in your own work looks off, check the batch number first, then the reconstitution math. Most problems with BPC-157 come from storage or mixing, not the powder.
Before you order BPC-157 10mg
Most labs order BPC-157 10mg with a diluent so they can mix it the day it arrives. Our research diluent solution is sold right next to it. The vial opener and the vial case are small extras, but they make handling a stack of vials easier.
