Description
The Deadpool blend vial from Ameano Peptides holds 10mg/10mg/10mg of BPC-157, TB4 and Cartalax, freeze-dried together. It’s for laboratory research only.
Inside the Deadpool blend
BPC-157: BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.
TB4: TB4 is thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in nearly every cell in the body, with high levels in platelets and white blood cells. Inside the cell it binds actin, the protein that cells use to change shape and move.
Cartalax: Cartalax is the tripeptide Ala-Glu-Asp, one of the short peptides linked in Khavinson’s program to cartilage and connective tissue. Its CAS number is 205640-90-0.
The ratio is fixed at 10mg/10mg/10mg, so every draw from the vial has the same proportions. That’s the main reason labs buy a blend: one reconstitution, one label, no drift between separate vials.
How the Deadpool blend works
Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.
Thymosin beta-4’s main job is holding on to G-actin, the building block of the cell’s internal scaffolding. By controlling how much actin is free to polymerize, it controls how cells move and change shape.
Khavinson’s group proposes that short peptides like this one enter the cell nucleus and bind specific DNA sequences, changing how tightly the chromatin is packed in cartilage and connective tissue cells. Looser chromatin lets nearby genes switch on.

What the research says about Deadpool blend
Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.
Chang and colleagues reported in 2011 that BPC-157 raised growth hormone receptor expression in rat tendon fibroblasts. Controlled human data are very limited.
Goldstein and colleagues reviewed thymosin beta-4’s role in wound repair in 2012, covering faster closure of skin wounds and new blood vessel growth in animal models.
Bock-Marquette and colleagues reported in Nature (2004) that thymosin beta-4 improved heart cell survival after injury in mice.
Published work on it comes almost entirely from Khavinson’s group and other Russian labs, mostly cell culture studies of gene expression in cartilage and fibroblast cells, plus some rodent work.
Independent replication outside Russia is limited, so it’s best treated as an early-stage research peptide.

Reconstituting Deadpool blend
Concentration is just the amount in the vial divided by the liquid you add. With 30mg in this vial:
- 2mL of diluent gives 15mg/mL
- 3mL of diluent gives 10mg/mL
- 5mL of diluent gives 6mg/mL
Pick the volume that keeps your own calculations simple, then write the concentration and the mixing date on the label.
Research diluent solution or bacteriostatic water both work. Add it slowly so it runs down the side of the vial, then swirl or roll until everything dissolves. Shaking can shear peptide chains. Skip it.
How to store Deadpool blend
The dry powder keeps best cold: 2 to 8°C in the fridge, or -20°C for long-term storage. After reconstitution, store it in the fridge and finish it within roughly four weeks.
Deadpool blend purity and testing
The purity spec for Deadpool blend is 99% or higher by HPLC, and that’s the floor for each batch.
Look for the batch number on the label. That’s what the certificate of analysis is filed under, and we’ll send you the COA for it on request.
If a result in your own work looks off, check the batch number first, then the reconstitution math. Most problems with Deadpool blend come from storage or mixing, not the powder.
What you need with Deadpool blend
You’ll need a diluent to mix Deadpool blend. Our 10mL research diluent covers several vials, and the 2mL diluent kit gives you a fresh vial for each mix. Add sterile syringes and alcohol swabs, and the 10-slot vial case if you want your vials stored upright in the fridge.
Deadpool blend bulk pricing
Deadpool blend comes in more than one quantity. Pick the option from the dropdown above the cart button:
- Single vial: $138.00
- 5 pack: 5 vials for $621.00 instead of $690.00, about $124.20 a vial
- 10 pack: 10 vials for $1,173.00 instead of $1,380.00, about $117.30 a vial
The packs are the same vials as the single listing, just priced lower per vial. If you know you’ll go through more than four, the 5 pack already costs less than buying them one by one.
